Foreman Scholarship Award Attention all Class of 2008 High School Seniors...If you are a member of Norfolk Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union and you are planning on attending an accredited institution of higher learning, you could be awarded a $250 scholarship. Applications must be submitted prior to May 15, 2008 and will be awarded by June 1, 2008.
