Norfolk Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1957 and has operated continuously in the City of Norfolk since its inception. The credit union's primary mission is to meet member financial needs with dignity and trust through quality service, consistent with sound financial practice.

As we serve the financial needs of the Norfolk city employees, this mission continues to be the primary driving force behind credit union operations today.

The Andre' A. Foreman Scholarship Award

Attention all Class of 2008 High School Seniors...If you are a member of Norfolk Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union and you are planning on attending an accredited institution of higher learning, you could be awarded a $250 scholarship.

Applications must be submitted prior to May 15, 2008 and will be awarded by June 1, 2008.
